What I made today

Today, I did some cooking!

I made:

Granola Cereal

Recipe from Leanna Hunt. I’ll eat this for breakfast when I’m not in the mood for a smoothie. (We like Dr. Fuhrman’s Eat Your Greens Fruit Smoothie, but with strawberries, too!)

The ingredients: oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, raw pumpkin seeds, craisins, chopped almonds, and raw sunflower seeds.

In my bowl with almond milk (and brown sugar). Yum!

Owl S’mores

Recipe from For a Halloween party tomorrow night.

Too cute, huh? Graham, marshmallows, candy melts, chocolate chips, and candy corn.

This little guy lost an eye. Very Halloween-y, eh?

“Sweet and Salty Halloween Treats”

Recipe from Also for the party tomorrow.

Pretzels with Hershey’s Kisses, some with candy corn. Don’t mind the blank spots. We had to test some!

All of the treats for tomorrow.

Detox Salad

Adapted from Oh She Glows. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, craisins, sunflower seeds, some chopped almonds, lemon juice, and just a bit of salt and pepper. Add some maple syrup and natural peanut butter before eating.

This will be my lunch for the week! So delicious!

I think there are at least 15 cups of salad there.

It looks better in person. :)

Have you made anything fun recently?

Much love,

  1. HEY YOU! I miss you ;). I love all those cute treats you made. Oh and go you for getting your lunch ready for the week. That is the hardest part about getting ready for school is having a lunch made!
